Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. What You’ll Do Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport Maintain clear and accurate documentation Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols Work cooperatively with all Solaris departments Work under minimal supervision Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately Maintain a good driving record Maintain a reliable vehicle that meets daily driving requirements Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance What We’re Looking For Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus) Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license Smartphone for communication and routing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vison insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick time Mileage reimbursement A dynamic work environment with a team of ambitious, talented and caring colleagues Why Join Us?
