Process Technician
Viking Plastics
This position has responsibilities to perform mold setting, troubleshooting, and processing. Include but are not limited to the following: Assure the safety of all employees Ensure GBC (Process Baseline) is maintained. Startup and troubleshoot the injection molding process Make adjustments to correct/prevent parts defects. Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies (more good parts per hour) Assure IATF16949 compliance through procedure adherence and paperwork flow Maintain and improve cleanliness and orderliness in the area Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate. Attend training as required. Assist in covering the manufacturing floor on weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr Viking Plastics
