We train our reps to become full exterior consultants, not one-product salespeople. The goal is simple: inspect the home, educate the homeowner, present the right options, and create value. About the Role Cenvar is hiring motivated, competitive, customer-focused Sales Representatives who want to take ownership of their income and build a long-term career with a growing exterior remodeling company. You own the outcome: preparation, presentation, follow-up, customer trust, and your paycheck. Our sales reps help homeowners make smart decisions about exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. Cenvar provides sales reps the tools to win: Lead opportunities Established company brand and reputation Sales training and coaching Exterior remodeling product support Financing tools CRM and sales technology Installation and production support Marketing and operational backing Performance-based income opportunity What You’ll Do Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times. Inspect the home’s exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & entering the attic). Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records with precision and discipline. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times. Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials. Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share. Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold. Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff. Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly. Take ownership of your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and results. You May Be a Great Fit If You: Like having control over how you organize your day Move quickly and confidently without needing constant reminders Enjoy competition, goals, and measurable results Want your income to reflect the effort and results you produce Can work independently while remaining accountable to a team Are comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face and asking for the sale Are coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience is strongly preferred A proactive, self-directed approach to work Confidence, persistence, organization, and a positive attitude Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to build trust Ability to ask good questions, present solutions, and discuss pricing and financing confidently Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and customer opportunities Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude Physical ability and willingness to walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and follow all safety procedures High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements Ability to pass the company’s background-check requirements Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who knows how to connect with people, earn trust, and close business.
