• Paid time off that grows with you.
• Employer-sponsored health benefits.
• 401(k) opportunity.
• A well-equipped Ram ProMaster service van.
• Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.

Job Description

You'll provide residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance throughout the Greater Sacramento Area, including:

• Water heaters and tankless water heaters
• Toilets, faucets, fixtures, and plumbing repairs
• Water filtration and treatment systems
• Drain cleaning and sewer services
• Water and gas line repairs and installations
• Whole-home repipes and plumbing inspections

But here's what matters just as much as your technical skills:

You'll educate homeowners, explain their options clearly, and help them make confident decisions about their homes.

Are You Our Kind of Plumber?

Let's start with the essentials:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• 3+ years independently operating a residential plumbing service truck or van
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Reliability, accountability, and pride in your craftsmanship

Now for the most important question: Do grandmothers adore you?

Can you make a nervous homeowner feel comfortable? Do you show up when you say you will? Are you the kind of person who takes ownership of a problem?

Are you coachable, curious, and always looking for ways to improve?

Do you believe that part of being an excellent plumber means being an awesome person, too?

If you're nodding your head, we should probably meet.
