Prepare project proposals by analyzing scope of work, measure sheets and purchasing agreements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Scope of Work to determine material and labor requirements of a project Ensure completion of proposals in a timely manner Communicate with management and team members regarding new and complex projects Ensure proper costs of materials and labor Manage RFP’s of specific area of responsibility Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Maintain proper project margin Requirements High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years of related experience Read and interpret documents such as measure sheets and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email.
