Overview As a Content Onsite Field Inspector , you’ll join our dynamic network of independent contractors, traveling to properties to inspect personal property claims and create detailed inventory lists of damaged or lost items. This role does not require licensing or certifications (though they are always a plus). Responsibilities Travel to properties to inspect personal property claims and create detailed inventory lists of damaged or lost items. Operate as part of a network of independent contractors and conduct on-site inspections. Work in environments with challenges such as vandalism, fire, or water damage; conditions may be dirty, with exposed ceilings, no electricity, or variable weather. Be onsite within 24–48 hours of first contact with the policyholder where feasible. Note: This is a 1099 independent subcontractor position with travel expenses reimbursed. Qualifications Reliable mobile phone and computer with internet/Wi-Fi access Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively (180 miles one way) Ability to maintain a flexible schedule Contents or insurance field experience is not required, but always a plus Intermediate to advanced computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to manage fluctuating workloads during seasonal volume changes and catastrophe events Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
