AI & ML Engineer We are seeking an experienced engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions for our national security clients. The role requires leadership in defining mission‑critical AI strategies, collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and end‑users, and delivering world‑class cyber solutions. Responsibilities Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine‑learning models that learn from data. Own and shape the direction of mission‑critical solutions by applying best‑fit ML algorithms and technologies. Collaborate with a large community of machine‑learning engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to develop and deploy novel AI/ML solutions that address cyber challenges. Guide clients through the selection and use of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. Qualifications Experience building and deploying AI and ML solutions into production. Proficiency in Python programming and object‑oriented best practices. Experience adapting and fine‑tuning open‑source models and building applications leveraging LLMs for tasks such as text summarization. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice to have: Reverse engineering skills; experience with vector databases such as Qdrant and relational databases such as Postgres; on‑prem compute experience; knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework. Compensation Salary range: $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
