The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to lead a busy retail store team in Gretna, Nebraska. The role supports the Store Manager, develops sales, merchandising and guest service initiatives, and helps recruit and train Teammates to achieve store goals. As the AIT, you will gain leadership experience while performing essential duties across sales, operations and leadership tasks, with progression toward an Assistant Manager role and higher responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
