Core duties involve managing check-ins, training employees, and supporting financial tasks like billing. Job Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk, guest services, and bell staff operations Handle guest complaints and provide fast service recovery Assist with staff recruitment, shift scheduling, training, and performance coaching Monitor room availability, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth room turnovers Act as Manager on Duty when the main Front Office Manager is absent Qualifications High school diploma with 2+ years of hospitality experience, or a hospitality degree 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule availability to work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts Compensation $58,000 - $59,000 yearly At the DoubleTree, it's our unique CARE culture that inspires us to create and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests, Team Members, and the communities in which we live and work.
