General Manager Job Description:Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating a positive work culture? If so, we are looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee the operations of BW Plus Inn of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, NM.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and marketing
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals and enhance the guest experience
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of exceptional service and teamwork
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with corporate leadership and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing expenses, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) or previous experience in hotels
- Certification in Hotel Management or Business Administration (a plus)
- Must pass a Background Check
- Bi-Lingual a plus
