As a General Manager at our hotel, you will have the opportunity to lead our team in providing exceptional guest experiences and creating lasting memories for our visitors.
General Manager Job Description:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating a positive work culture? If so, we are looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee the operations of BW Plus Inn of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, NM.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and marketing
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals and enhance the guest experience
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations
Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of exceptional service and teamwork
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with corporate leadership and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing expenses, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry best practices
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) or previous experience in hotels
Certification in Hotel Management or Business Administration (a plus)
Must pass a Background Check
Bi-Lingual a plus
