Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Wendover, UT. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, documenting care in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate treatment. The role involves educating patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies, while promoting culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. The Physical Therapist will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all patients. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Utah; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions across diverse patient populations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Commitment to culturally competent care and serving marginalized and underserved communities in alignment with Sacred Circle Healthcare’s mission. Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to regulatory, ethical, and safety standards. Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings is preferred; prior work with community health or rural populations is a plus. Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications; strong organizational and time-management skills.
