As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier care to residents in one of our partner facilities. With a focus on patient-centered care, you’ll join a team committed to excellence in healthcare. Whether you're based in Hamlet, Washington, New Bern, Waynesville, Clayton, Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilkesboro, Goldsboro, or Wilson, there's a location near you where you can make an impact.

As an LPN, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitoring patient health and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Offering support and comfort to residents and their families.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid LPN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-focused care.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
