We are urgently hiring for a Call Center Agent (Must Not Owe State Taxes)-100% Onsite
This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring effective communication with clients. It requires handling customer calls, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records, all while collaborating within a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 agents to achieve quality service standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support through clear and empathetic communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Enter and verify customer information accurately in databases
- Manage complaint documentation and ensure proper record keeping
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout all interactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RECENT call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
