Join Thomas Auto Group as an established KIA new and used car Salesperson located in Highland, IN. We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role offers a dynamic environment with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable new and used KIA vehicles.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIA products, promotions, and inventory.
Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate sales terms and complete transactions to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize dealership performance.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a successful car salesperson, preferably selling KIA vehicles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of financing and leasing options is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
