Join Thomas Auto Group as an established KIA new and used car Salesperson located in Highland, IN. We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role offers a dynamic environment with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable new and used KIA vehicles.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIA products, promotions, and inventory.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales terms and complete transactions to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize dealership performance.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Proven experience as a successful car salesperson, preferably selling KIA vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of financing and leasing options is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Competitive commission-based salary: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month, paid bi-weekly.
