As a driver you will safely navigate the most efficient route to the job site, obeying all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies. You will assist in loading and securing materials on the truck and help unload materials using crane, conveyor, piggyback or by hand. Drivers are the face of Gulfeagle on the jobsite, leading, instructing, and supervising others. Requirements Valid state CDL Class A or B driver’s license with a clear MVR and DOT record 21 years old or older Current and valid Medical Certification Card Held a CDL driving position the previous year with consecutive driving experience High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in vehicle control Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb Ability and willingness to climb on a rooftop and ensure proper stacking (location based) Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods of time Must be able to climb a 40‑foot ladder (location based) Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a company‑required drug screening; all employees are subject to random drug testing per company policy Preferred Qualifications Previous material handling experience Previous forklift experience Certified to operate a crane Other Details Pay based on experience All duties and responsibilities are essential job functions and may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
