About the Agency:
Our agency has proudly served the community for over 12 years, backed by more than 23 years of experience with State Farm. We’re a tight-knit team of four, plus myself, and we’ve built a culture rooted in teamwork, positivity, and genuine care for both our customers and each other.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:  

• Set appointments for agent & send summary emails after appointments are conducted
• Follow up with existing customers to schedule insurance reviews
• Send thank you letters to customers
• Manage Google reviews

Requirements:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be willing to obtain relevant licenses
