Our agency has proudly served the community for over 12 years, backed by more than 23 years of experience with State Farm. We’re a tight-knit team of four, plus myself, and we’ve built a culture rooted in teamwork, positivity, and genuine care for both our customers and each other. We believe in working hard and celebrating often. We recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, and we love to mix in team-building events — this year, we spent opening day at the Kansas City Royals game! The office is stocked with beverages, snacks, and a full coffee bar to keep everyone energized throughout the day. We also offer PTO, opportunity for advancement within the agency, health insurance and fun incentive promotions throughout the year to reward great performance. Our office culture is truly one of connection and collaboration. Everyone steps up to help when needed, and we make sure to balance focus with fun. My puppy comes to the office nearly every day, adding to our warm and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in doing what’s best for our customers while creating a workplace that’s enjoyable, supportive, and full of laughter. Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for agent & send summary emails after appointments are conducted
- Follow up with existing customers to schedule insurance reviews
- Send thank you letters to customers
- Manage Google reviews
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be willing to obtain relevant licenses
