This is a high-impact role for a hands-on accounting and finance professional who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and wants to help shape the future of an evolving craft beverage, hospitality, and manufacturing organization. We're passionate about creating great products, unforgettable hospitality experiences, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy what they do.What You'll DoFinancial Leadership & ReportingPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsAnalyze financial performance, including budget-to-actual reporting and operational variance analysisSupport leadership decision-making through accurate financial insights and reportingAssist in long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow managementOversee company liquidity reporting and banking relationshipsOperational & Strategic PartnershipPartner with department leaders across hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and operationsHelp identify operational efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvementsDevelop and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance metricsSupport strategic growth initiatives, capital projects, and operational planningAccounting & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controlsManage relationships with external auditors, tax partners, banking institutions, and insurance providersOversee tax planning support, audit preparation, and employee benefit audit coordinationEnsure compliance with insurance coverage requirements including liability, workers compensation, and cyber security policiesReview contracts and agreements from a financial and risk-management perspectiveERP & Systems ManagementOversee and optimize ERP and financial reporting systemsSupport process automation, reporting improvements, and operational system integrationUtilize ERP/MRP systems to improve inventory, cost accounting, and financial visibilityExperience with Deacom ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems strongly preferredTeam LeadershipSupervise and mentor accounting staffHelp build a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented finance cultureImprove workflows, reporting timelines, and cross-functional communicationLead with professionalism, urgency, accuracy, and adaptabilityWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5–7+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experienceStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controlsExperience managing audits, tax coordination, and external financial relationshipsAdvanced Excel and financial systems knowledgeExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentPreferred ExperienceCPA or CPA-track strongly preferredManufacturing, beverage, brewery, hospitality, consumer products, or distribution experience highly preferredCost accounting and inventory accounting experience strongly preferredExperience with ERP/MRP systems such as Deacom, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platformsExperience supporting multi-location operations preferredPassion for craft beer, hospitality, and entrepreneurial businesses is a plusThe Ideal CandidateYou are analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized - but also practical, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
