FirstLight Home Care of Greater Lansing & Brighton Location:
Highland, Howell, Brighton, MI and surrounding areas Shifts Available: Part-Time or Build to Full-Time
- Highland: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Brighton & Howell: Multiple 3–4 hour shifts available

This is a great fit if you enjoy variety in your day and like forming meaningful connections with the people you care for. What Your Schedule Could Look Like
- A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
- Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton and Howell
- Option to combine clients and create a schedule that works for you
- Drive time paid between clients within 1 hour
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting as needed)
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Help with light housekeeping and simple meal prep
- Support mobility and ensure client safety
- Follow care plans and communicate updates with the team
- Supportive office staff and on-call team
- One-on-one care where you can truly make a difference
