Company Overview Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 and initially provided acquisition and supply chain management services to the U.S. Coast Guard. Over the past ten years our service offerings have expanded to include infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview Pantheon Data is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight in support of U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters Directorates. The role will deliver high‑quality civil engineering and program management services aligned with federal standards and mission objectives, guide cross‑functional teams, drive key initiatives, and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders while supporting evolving policies and operational priorities. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in federal environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi‑agency settings while maintaining a focus on performance, collaboration, and mission success. Responsibilities Manage multiple task orders and teams performing under a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Provide leadership support for priority initiatives including senior leadership briefings, leadership councils, congressional requests, ad‑hoc data calls, and various programmatic needs. Support the lifecycle of policy promulgation including developing draft policy and necessary updates as the program evolves and business processes modernize. Ensure overall performance of the BPA contract, including cost, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and quality of execution. Required Skills and Experience Master of Arts or Master of Science in Management, Engineering, or a related business/financial field. Active PMP certification. At least fifteen years of experience working within DHS or DoD, with a minimum of ten years specifically focused on Federal Real Property management, including property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and compliance with federal regulations and policies. Minimum of ten years of experience leading and directing complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD. Experience managing high‑stakes, large‑scale initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors, navigating diverse stakeholder interests, aligning with strategic goals, and ensuring timely execution. Experience with infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation, and delivering programs within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements. Leadership experience that may overlap with but is distinct from Federal Real Property experience, focusing on driving programmatic success and organizational change. Ability to work effectively remotely in cross‑functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills and Experience Experience supporting DHS, USCG, or any federal agency. Executive‑level communication and strategic thinking/decision‑making. Stakeholder management and communication lead. Organizational change management professional. Persuasive writing and policy articulation. Adaptability in complex, multi‑agency environments. Clearance Requirements U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Work Location On‑site at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Our company prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If the position is remote or hybrid, you may periodically work from a Pantheon Data office location or client site. If positioned at a Pantheon Data office or client site, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements. Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $180,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements, and may fall outside of this range.
