Supports provided in the participant's residence or in community settings (including, but not limited to, libraries, city pools, camps, etc.) Eligibility Requirements: High School Diploma or GED/GSD Valid Driver’s License Auto insurance and reliable transportation Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
