We are looking for talented, work-oriented designer/drafters for immediate openings. This is a first-shift position with some overtime required. Some of the requirements/responsibilities are as follows: Core Responsibilities Create Technical Drawings: Develop precise shop drawings for fabrication (showing dimensions, welds, and hole locations) and erection plans for field installation. Modeling: Build detailed digital models of steel structures using industry-standard software. Coordinate and Track: progress of projects from start to final production. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all designs follow engineered company standards. Material Management: Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), bolt lists, and material take-offs to guide procurement and shop workflows. Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and fabrication shop leads to resolve design conflicts (clash detection) and manage Requests for Information.
