Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead and oversee large-scale industrial facility projects, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. This role involves hands-on client management and direct reporting to the Owner/Developer. The superintendent will manage a sizable team of 16 or more members, coordinating multiple subcontractors while maintaining strict adherence to safety and schedule requirements without the need for travel between job sites. Responsibilities * Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, focusing on industrial facilities * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards * Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones * Coordinate and lead a large on-site team of 16+ members * Supervise subcontractor work and ensure quality control * Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for project progress * Resolve on-site problems efficiently to minimize delays * Maintain hands-on client communication and management throughout projects Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in commercial construction * Valid Driver's License * Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management * Knowledge of safety management protocols * Effective problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints Company Description We are an established company looking to expand our operations.
