Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL-A Driver for a reputable local company. This position focuses on hauling oversized or heavy equipment within a 60-90 minute radius of Dubuque. Drivers are home nightly and work year-round, with longer weeks in summer and steady hours through winter and spring.

- Transport oversized or heavy equipment to job sites within a regional service area
- Assist with loading and unloading using specialized trailers and equipment
- Safely secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Support additional shop or yard tasks as needed to maintain consistent hours
- Valid CDL-A license
- Experience hauling heavy or oversized equipment preferred
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours based on seasonal workload
- Willingness to assist with loading/unloading using provided equipment
- Competitive hourly wage of $30-$32/hour
- Home every night - no long-haul routes
