Overview:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support pre-construction activities in the office, with the opportunity to transition to an active construction site. This role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and contractor coordination within industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Monitor project costs and manage variations
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Prepare cost reports and support risk analysis
• Assist with project planning and coordination

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction (industrial/oil & gas preferred)
• Knowledge of cost control, contracts (FIDIC), and construction processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost management tools

Preferred

• Experience on large industrial or energy projects
• Professional certifications (RICS, AIQS)
