Estamos contratando "HRBP/HR Generalist" para empresa líder en la industria aeroespacial, en AGUADILLA, PR.
SALARIO: $42K (anuales) HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
ACTIVIDADES:
• Alinear estrategias de RRHH con los objetivos del negocio. • Liderar iniciativas de gestión de talento, sucesión y desarrollo de liderazgo. • Manejar relaciones laborales, investigaciones internas y cumplimiento legal. • Impulsar procesos de cambio organizacional y engagement. • Analizar métricas de RRHH (rotación, ausentismo, productividad y clima laboral) para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
REQUISITOS:
• Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada. • Experiencia en Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development y Change Management. • Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, coaching, comunicación, análisis y manejo de stakeholders. • Experiencia previa en manufactura al menos 5 años • Bilingüe (Ingles y Español).
