Remote Client Services Specialist

Overview We are looking for a Remote Client Services Specialist in the Tampa area to help clients organize travel plans and manage reservations. This role requires strong organization and communication skills to support a seamless client experience. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
