The organization fosters a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional growth, innovation, and the achievement of financial and operational objectives.The PositionThe VP of Asset Management plays a crucial role within the company, focused primarily on industrial real estate assets. This position is responsible for crafting and implementing strategic plans at the property level, specifically tailored to industrial facilities such as warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants. The primary objectives are to maximize the value of these industrial assets, achieve investment goals, and oversee critical asset management concerns across the Company's industrial property portfolio.Oversee the operations and performance of multiple assets within the portfolio.Develop and execute asset strategies, including leasing, property improvements, and capital planning.Collaborate with external partners and lenders to implement approved strategies.Provide financial and operational oversight, manage budgets, and ensure economic viability.Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and identify value-add opportunities through renovations, expansions, or repositioning.Review property valuations quarterly and maintain ARGUS files and DCF models.Analyze NOI performance against key metrics and underwriting assumptions.Prepare quarterly performance reports, highlighting progress on strategic initiatives and budget comparisons.Assist in creating and executing leasing and marketing plans to drive occupancy and optimize economic terms while fostering tenant relationships.Participate in leasing calls, market research, broker engagement, tenant relationship development, and marketing events to gather intelligence and maintain competitiveness.Revise leasing policies as needed, manage leasing agreements, and ensure best practices across the portfolio.
