We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist. This dynamic role requires a blend of exceptional customer service, efficient data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a Communications Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for callers and clients, providing essential support and representing our services with professionalism and a problem-solving approach. This position combines elements of a Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, and Dispatcher, focusing on real-time decision-making and precise communication.

Communications Specialist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Training will be Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- Shift will be Mon - Thurs (10 hours)
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers and clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Leverage sales experience to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and promote relevant services
- Accurately and efficiently enter data, maintaining a minimum typing speed of 40 Words Per Minute (WPM)
- Effectively multitask by navigating and utilizing multiple screens, tabs, and software systems simultaneously
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professional phone etiquette, prioritizing and addressing multiple calls as needed
- Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations, providing calm and clear communication
- Make quick, informed decisions in real-time to resolve issues and support client needs
Communications Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Must successfully pass a DCI background check
- This is a sit-down work position, primarily desk-based
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
