POAH Communities seeks a Community Impact Coordinator to serve as a liaison between residents and the Community Impact department at Chestnut Gardens and Olympia Square in Lynn, MA. The historic Chestnut Gardens comprises 65 units and Olympia Square is a 44-unit 100% Section 8 property. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will assess resident needs, develop supportive programming, coordinate services with local providers and ensure HUD compliance, while engaging residents through newsletters #J-18808-Ljbffr POAH Communities
