Manufacturing Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to coordinate office activities and support production projects in a busy sign manufacturing environment. This role involves communication, scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule orders for delivery and pickup, working with production and other departments. - Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to support project timelines and logistics. - Assist management with meeting preparation, site visits, surveys, and installations. - Research zoning requirements and submit information online when applicable. - Support customer communication by answering calls, taking accurate messages, and following up. - Maintain organized files, digital records, correspondence, and office supplies. - Assist with email and calendar management, document preparation, and general office coordination. - Use QuickBooks to assist with billing and maintain accurate financial records. - Help coordinate inventory and routes using company software as needed Qualifications - Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. - Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and follow-through skills. - Ability to manage changing priorities and work with multiple departments. - Reliable transportation required. Schedule & Additional Information Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Compensation based on experience and performance.
