Join our dynamic team as an ABA Mid-Level Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Duties

• Supervise and mentor behavioral therapists and clinical staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices in behavioral health.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and documentation related to patient progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients, supporting comprehensive patient assessments.
• Coordinate treatment plans based on individual needs, incorporating principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education strategies.
• Ensure proper medical documentation, including progress notes, medical records, and reports, are maintained in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address behavioral health goals and medical considerations.
• Support patient care by participating in behavioral health interventions, conducting ongoing assessments, and adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical records management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
• Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively.
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise clinical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for working with families, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate care plans.
