• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (per state guidelines)

• Availability to work every other weekend

• Compliance with state background check requirements

• Strong clinical and technical CNA skills

• Compassionate, positive attitude toward residents and families

• Reliable, energetic, and professional work ethic

• Provide hands-on care, including:

  • Bathing, toileting, and hygiene

  • Assistance with meals and mobility

• Support residents’ independence and dignity

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Stay calm and focused in fast-paced situations

• Encourage residents to reach their highest level of function

• Create meaningful moments that brighten each resident’s day
