Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (per state guidelines)
Availability to work every other weekend
Compliance with state background check requirements
Strong clinical and technical CNA skills
Compassionate, positive attitude toward residents and families
Reliable, energetic, and professional work ethic
Provide hands-on care, including:
Bathing, toileting, and hygiene
Assistance with meals and mobility
Support residents’ independence and dignity
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Stay calm and focused in fast-paced situations
Encourage residents to reach their highest level of function
Create meaningful moments that brighten each resident’s day
