OurCaregiversmakeatruedifferenceinthelivesofotherseveryday!!They perform a variety of professional caregiving services including, but not limited to Companionship, Personal Care Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and Light Housekeeping.

Duties:

Providecareandsupporttoindividualswithautismandrelateddevelopmental disabilities
Implementbehaviormanagementstrategiesandinterventionsasdirectedbythe treatment team
Assistwithdailylivingactivities,includingpersonalhygiene,mealpreparation, and medication administration
Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
Ensurethe safety and well-being of individuals at all times
Maintainaccurate documentation of services provided and individual progress
Collaboratewithotherteammemberstodevelopandimplementindividualizedtreatment plans

Qualifications:

Experienceworkingwithindividualswithautismorrelateddevelopmental disabilities is preferred
Knowledgeofbehaviormanagementtechniquesandstrategies
Abilitytohandlechallengingbehaviorsinacalmandprofessional manner
FirstaidandCPRcertificationis required
Valid driver'slicenseandreliabletransportationfortransportingindividuals to appointments or community outings
Abilitytoliftheavyobjectsorassistwithtransfersasneeded
FamiliaritywithHIPAAregulationsandmaintainingconfidentiality
Strongcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten
Abilitytoworkindependentlyaswellaspartofateam
