• Case Mix: Ortho, General, Dental, ENT, Gyn, Urology, Some Vascular, Endo, Labor, C section ( Ent- Peds: roughly 20/mo ) -- no cardiac, thoracic, neuro. 
• OB: Must be proficient with epidural and spinal placement. 
• Care Team Model: 1:4 Anesthesiologists ratio
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Active License: required
