Entry-Level Scheduler Role With Mentorship

A nationally active general contractor delivering large, complex commercial and mission-critical projects. The organization invests heavily in training, process rigor, and long-term career development.

Support development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules. Assist with schedule updates, logic reviews, and progress tracking. Work with project teams to validate activities and sequencing. Support pull planning and lean scheduling sessions. 2-3 years of scheduling or project controls experience. Exposure to Primavera P6 is required. Experience on commercial or mission-critical projects preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Clear communicator eager to learn and grow.

$80,000-$85,000 base salary. Annual bonus tied to company performance. Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance. PTO plus paid holidays.
