We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. Role Scope Own production at the Phoenix factory: output, quality, cost, and safety across all shifts. Lead the supervisors and build the production team from ramp crew to full workforce. Run the daily management system: tiered meetings, escalations, and countermeasures that close. Hit the ramp: units per week climbing on plan while first-pass yield climbs with it. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. You've run production in heavy manufacturing: fabrication, assembly, or industrial products. You've built and led teams through a ramp or launch. Your daily management system is real: boards current, actions closed. You hold safety and output together and have proof of both. You develop supervisors who develop operators.
