Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer policies and handle policy renewals and changes promptly. Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and providing necessary documentation support. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options to ensure comprehensive protection. Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolve customer issues collaboratively. Requirements Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License or willing to Obtain. Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a positive attitude. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
