Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time) Smile Prosthetics | Bozeman, MT About the Role Smile Prosthetics is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the final checkout. We hope to grow this role from part-time to full‑time in the future. Position Details Schedule: Approximately 27 hours per week or less (Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour (non‑exempt, hourly; eligible for overtime) Location: 115 W Kagy Blvd., Suite E, Bozeman, MT Reports To: Owner Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, vendors, and guests Answer phones and respond to emails professionally Assist patients with paperwork and appointment scheduling Coordinate with dental offices and insurance providers Collect payments and maintain patient records Open and close the office and maintain cleanliness Order and stock office supplies Support daily practice operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) Minimum 2 years customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs Proficiency with EMR systems (such as Open Dental) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds frequently.
