Heat Treat Furnace OperatorWe believe our employees are the reason for our success, and our compensation and benefits are designed to reflect that belief.The Heat Treat Furnace Operator is responsible for operation and maintenance of the heat treat furnace, which is used to harden and temper the steel fasteners. This key role must ensure safe operation of the equipment and temperature instruments to ensure the steel stabilizes as required for the strength and utility needed for the specific fastener application.
