Concierge The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests of the apartment building experience exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. This position is responsible for providing personalized assistance, managing requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a variety of tasks ranging from managing deliveries and reservations to coordinating building services and addressing resident inquiries. Position Hours: Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am-3:30pm plus evening fill ins How you will be successful: Warmly greet residents and guests as they enter the building. Answer phone calls courteously and route them to the appropriate team member as needed. Ensure amenities are in tour-ready condition prior to the leasing office opening each morning. Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours. Promptly report any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs to management. Maintain positive communication with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
