Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role will focus heavily on Shopify website management, digital advertising, and ecommerce growth initiatives across Google and Meta platforms.The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized with hands-on experience managing ecommerce storefronts and digital ad campaigns. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing premium food brand’s online presence and customer acquisition efforts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ecommerce ManagementManage and maintain Shopify storefront, including product setup, collections, merchandising, and promotional updatesOptimize website content, navigation, and customer experience to improve conversion ratesCoordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and landing pagesMonitor ecommerce performance metrics and recommend improvementsDigital AdvertisingAssist in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across:Google AdsMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Monitor campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and ROASHelp develop ad copy, creative direction, and promotional messagingSupport retargeting, audience building, and customer acquisition strategiesMarketing & Growth SupportCollaborate with the marketing team on ecommerce strategy and campaign executionSupport email and SMS marketing initiativesAnalyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics toolsStay current on ecommerce and digital marketing trendsDesired Skills and Experience:2–5 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or DTC brand managementHands-on experience with Shopify (required)Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta AdsStrong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and conversion optimizationComfortable analyzing data and performance metricsStrong organizational and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with food, CPG, or premium consumer brandsAssociate's degree or higherFamiliarity with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platformsBasic graphic design or copywriting experienceExperience with subscription or direct-to-consumer fulfillment modelsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to help grow a rapidly expanding DTC businessWork directly with leadership on brand growth initiativesFast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageLocation: Omaha, NE (On-site)Salary: $80,000/year + Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
