This contract opportunity is for the 2026-2027 school year, providing services across a district-wide, K-12 caseload. The position will require working on-site—virtual supervision cannot be accommodated—so you’ll become an integral part of the school community as you deliver impactful behavior analytic services. Key Qualifications: Active Washington BCBA license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure prior to start Current fingerprint clearance through OSPI, or readiness to complete the process Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for school-aged children Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to oversee and support Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs) Excellent communication to collaborate with educators, administrators, students, and families Responsibilities: Deliver district-wide behavioral analysis and intervention services for students in grades K-12 Provide supervision and coaching for BSAs, fostering excellence in behavioral support practices Consult with teachers and multidisciplinary teams, designing and updating individualized behavior support plans Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure student growth and progress Maintain thorough documentation to comply with district and state requirements Benefits & Perks: Exciting opportunity to work throughout the district, broadening your professional experience Collaborate with passionate staff and make a wide-reaching impact Develop your leadership capacity by mentoring support personnel If you are motivated to empower students and help shape positive learning environments, this role is an ideal fit.
