Senior Operations Research Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Operations / Cost Analyst to research cost estimates while providing senior leaders with the insight they need to make informed decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and turning data into actionable recommendations.

Compensation

• $125,000+ annually, based on experience and education

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and defend lifecycle cost estimates supporting acquisition decisions
• Build and maintain cost models
• Forecast future system, program, and resource costs
• Apply statistical, mathematical, regression, economic, and modeling techniques
• Analyze budget and Earned Value Management data and provide recommendations
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials, reports, and cost analyses
• Coordinate cost estimates and milestone documentation with program stakeholders

What You'll Need to be Considered

• U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field
• Experience with ACE-IT cost modeling
• Knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition processes
• Experience supporting executive-level leadership and higher headquarters
• Strong ability to independently manage complex actions and tight deadlines
• Advanced analytical and communication skills
