Required Qualifications:

• Active Indiana School Services Personnel license in Speech Language Pathology

• Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
• Comfortable maintaining documentation and case records according to school and state requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse elementary caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student success
• Document progress, intervention strategies, and compliance with state and federal mandates
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, fostering a supportive network for students
• Support additional SLP needs as determined by the school
