This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, programming, and maintaining industrial electrical equipment to maximize equipment uptime while supporting a strong safety‑first culture. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment. Maintain electrical systems including compressors, burners, air systems, lighting, cooling and heating equipment, deionized water systems, gas mixers, ultrasonic cleaners, and related equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. Diagnose electrical and control system failures using meters and electrical test equipment. Assist with installation, upgrades, and modification of plant equipment. Identify equipment reliability issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain a safe work environment while following all plant safety procedures and food safety standards. Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain required tools and complete maintenance documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting and programming Allen‑Bradley PLCs. Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Experience with Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Experience with industrial electrical networking. Experience with AC/DC motors. Experience with electrical controls. Experience with solid‑state circuitry. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Technical school education or equivalent industrial electrical experience required. Associate degree preferred. Experience with Signode strappers, Videojet or Domino printers is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial manufacturing environment. Less than 5% travel.
