Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) Anesthesiology

As a Locum CRNA you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Youll work closely with our surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
• Evaluate patients medical histories and assess their readiness for anesthesia
• Provide post-anesthesia care and assess recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay current with anesthesia techniques and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Requirements

• Associates degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
• Current certification as a CRNA
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Knowledge of current anesthesia practices and guidelines
• Experience in a surgical setting is preferred

L&D Opportunity Details:

• Level III NICU
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Information: 24-hour in-house call
• Annual Deliveries: 3k
• Case Types: High-Risk OB
• Will place epidurals
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel and expenses

Cath/Cardiac Opportunity Details:

• Level II Tramua
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Information: 7a-5p
• Cases Per Month: 300
• Responsibilities: Perform cardiac testing
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel and expenses

GI Opportunity Details:

• Level II Trauma
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Information: 7a-4p
• Weeknight and weekend beeper call for GI & Cardiac/Cath lab services
• Responsibilities: GI cases cover IONs/Bronchs and some Radiology MRIs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel and expenses

Facility Two -

General CRNA Opportunity Details:

• Trauma Level: Level II
• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Shift Information: 7:30a-4p
• Mainly robotics on hernias and gall bladders
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel and expenses
