Physical Therapist

Provide outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Treat orthopedic and neurological patients, including special populations such as oncology, lymphedema, amputee, spinal cord injury, stroke, total joint replacement, and both orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Complete documentation according to department guidelines. Initiate discharge planning.
