Case Manager — Domestic Violence Shelter Support

A New Leaf is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide vital support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in a 24-hour emergency shelter. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized safety and service plans, and connecting clients to essential resources. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, emotional support, and facilitating client empowerment towards independence. Successful candidates will have experience with domestic violence and possess strong knowledge of community resources. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
