Additionally, the CCS will be fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support / call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most. Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing/customer service Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) Outstanding communication skills Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew’s external customer We're in the people business, we just happen to wash cars! #J-18808-Ljbffr
