About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to take on a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the digital experience and web strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term mobile-first technology roadmap, with a primary focus on designing, building, and optimizing the client's website. This includes owning the technology stack, ensuring maximum flexibility, speed, and security, and translating business, marketing, and sales goals into high-performance web solutions. The role also involves driving a relentless focus on core web vitals, SEO, A/B testing, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive revenue growth. In addition to the digital experience and web strategy, the Vice President of Information Technology will be tasked with cybersecurity and risk management, managing key relationships with vendors, and leading the research and deployment of AI/ML to enhance business productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with expert-level knowledge of website development, e-commerce, and digital experience, and a deep understanding of modern web stacks, CMS platforms, and web analytics. A key requirement is the ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams, both internal and external, and to stay current with industry trends to ensure the company's technological processes and services are in line with the latest standards and best practices.
